I am full of excuses. I caught a cold and haven't been able to sing, and then I sliced my index finger open on my left hand, so no guitar until it heals (it's almost there!). I will almost assuredly be late. Many apologies to [coveree name redacted].

I turned down two things this week so I could get done. You all should be ashamed of yourselves.

I might be a hair late too. I also blame 2 weeks of a cold and being unable to sing. Yes, MG, I'm ashamed of myself.

Should get it in by Sunday evening.

My excuse is I still have no idea which songs are eligible for my I'm-not-even-sure-if-the-assignment-was-official assignment.

Last night, I had a brief opportunity to work on the song. Had the house to myself. It looked like it was gonna be perfect. Until I went into the office, where I do all my recordings,...

And it seems that the wedding has thrown up all over the room.

I don't really have an excuse; I'm just going to be late.

I'm going to be late, almost certainly. Only by a day or two, but late. Mainly 'cos I've stupidly left all the finished music tracks on my work computer - unless someone kind wanted to extend the deadline 'til *next* weekend ...

The Psychotics will be in on time. But BLT will be a bit late, like sometime on Monday unfortunately. I can't record vocals and finish it until tomorrow (Sunday) due to work and finishing the BatP song. But it will get finished.

i've got mine in pretty good shape, would like to re-do vocals but no time (guests in town this weekend). hoping to be able to take some time to finish up this afternoon, unless there's an extension

So, the deadline has passed and i've got 5 songs in my mailbox.

Deadline extended to next Sunday.

Shweet! That will give me proper time to finish my BLT entry.

Given the extension and the fact that I can't get the external drive I recorded onto to show up on my desktop computer, I'm not going to be done tonight after all. But I should easily be done by the new deadline.

I'm like 95% good on my mixes, and will use this extension to get closer to 96%.
