Yes - I do believe you are right. I don't recall ever seeing a video for it before though.

It is one of those songs that I remember the first time I heard it. It came on the radio one morning on Triple J and the announcer just said something like, "you gotta hear this - it's the coolest thing ever". And he was right. It was.
