That would be where I heard about it. Still, I figured if this was going to be a big list of SongFighter YouTube videos, it should be mentioned here for completeness.

I'm making videos from the New Years show at the Prisoner's Place:
New Years Rockin Eve for the Social Scene in Berkeley but not quite the Berkeley Social Scene held at the Prisoner's Place included this line-up:
The Prisoner- Host for the evening, and Drums
Ken Mahru- Lead Vocals & Guitar
Glen Phillips (glennny)- Lead Guitar
Lunkhead- Bass (Ken's Super Duper Group), guitar & vocals (Merisan)
Erin- Vocals (Merisan), backing vocals (Ken's Super Duper)
Jenn- backing vocals
I will add more as I compress the Hell out of these beautiful HD videos down to sad versions of themselves.

Cool, Glennny! Sounds pretty good for a vid cam recording. Not to mention a living room. You should list the players on the vids so we can get familiar. I know Ken was the lead vocals and that was Sam on bass, but I don't think I've seen the drummer, the lead guitar player or the girl.
edit: Ah Ha! An e-bow on the Unnatural Disaster song. YOU are the lead guitar player, lol. Sorry, I don't think I've ever seen you before. Strange after 2 years not knowing what people look like.

Since I'm at it, I ought to get to the Carpetburn, and Balance Lost vids from the summer.
Hey glennny, did those videos from Brooklyn ever come to anything? I'm curious to see them...

Well I still have the mini-DV tapes. The Glennny & Friends tape was eaten (though perhaps somewhat salvageable.) That was the end of that camera. i went to Hard Disk over the summer. That's what all of these recent vids are from. I found a place that will repair tapes and convert to DVD for me for about $50. I'll be doing that soon.
Sorry it's been so long!

s'ok. don't spend money for the videos just on my account, unless there's other things on the tapes that you need!

Awesome! Octophorpe with visual interpretation is like the difference between reading a book yourself, or having a sexy teacher with an intoxicating voice reading it to you.
...Who's Barry?

Barry is our erstwhile backup singer and sometimes drum-beater. Not a drummer, per se, but you know, a guy with a drum. He's carrying it around in the video. You can hear him on Fax Machine - "I have a fax machine!"

Is it wrong of me to say that I like the song more for having seen the video?
It's a fine song, but the song+video is a true work of art.
Kind of poor drumcam footage of me recording my latest frenzy. The music has been remixed since yesterday, and a guitar solo has been added so tell me what you think.
ps - there's a free download link in the details section if you like the track.
