Just in case anyone is looking for the Lombardi Trophy, it's here safe and sound in Indianapolis.

If anyone cares cares to see it we're so smalltown we're doing a house by house tour of the thing. I'll have it here in the hut of Dan-O on March 17th by request because it's St. Patrick's Day and I'm of Irish heritage and that's how I roll.

On the more serious side I would like to extend my apologies to ALL of the business owners in Indianapolis who were NOT victimized by the senseless looting and vandalization of their properties because we citizens here in Indianapolis don't know how to celebrate a Super Bowl Championship like they do in other cities.

Dan-O glares at places like Denver and San Francisco

Eh, looting's overrated.

I was going to come over and flip your car Sunday night but it was cold out and I still had beer. Maybe in, like, April or something, maybe.

Dumb ass.

"Prosecutors coaxed him back, and he was arrested"

Rule numero uno folks. Never return to the scene of the crime. You just don't do it.

Unless you're a dumb ass, or you think this guy rocks.

Probably NSFW.

Or children.

But I sure got a funny feeling in my tummy now.

Man, watching girls make out in movies is so awkward, sometimes. Watching girls do anything that involves them touching eachother sensually is awkward, particularly when they're very clearly straight, because they're always trying to make it seem like they're totally into it, but it's clear they're just going through the motions.

What I mean to say is, that video is pretty hot.

What was awkward was how they kept going back and forth kissing each other on the cheek like six times. Seemed a little excessive to me. :?

Did anyone else see Bjam today on "Throwdown with Bobby Flay"? It's a Mac and Cheese battle and there at the end of the show is Bobby Flay posing for a photo with her. Seeing as this is the Food Network, they will repeat it tonight.

Haha. Yeah, I'm totally famous now. :P

If you missed it, the two minutes or so in which two shots of mine are seen are right here.

Very cool Bjam! Why were you there? I love the food network. Bobby Flay is no Emeril, but still a good BBQ man. j/k.
Tell us the story.

I went into Philly with some friends, and while having lunch at the Reading Terminal Market we noticed all the Food Network hullaballoo, but as I didn't recognize the woman, we just carried on our business. We're just finishing lunch when one of my friends is all "Isn't that Bobby Flay?" I saunter over to check it out, and just as I'm about to go up to him, my friend says, "Wait, I don't think it is." "It looks just like him." "But it might not be." So I snap a faraway/dark/blurry photo as his person comes up to him and takes him to the crowd of people who go crazy. I freaked out to my friends(who didn't really care) for a while, but it was really busy so we went on our way and had a great time in Chinatown/old city.

So we head back to Reading Terminal Market, and Bobby Flay is still there. I was standing in the throng of people, while my friends went and sat down and probably laugh at me for being obsessed with the Food Network, and thusly Bobby Flay (although I love Alton Brown far more than I love Bobby Flay).

I chatted to the camera guy about how boiling it was, and in return he got me in some crowd shots. Apparently the flirting/chatting paid off :P I chatted to the French dude who turned out to be one of the guest judges. There were lots of little kids who I let stand in front of me(I was right in front of the table they were sitting at, so I figured I wouldn't mind if little kids were in front of me, as I am monstrous at 5'7" :P).

After filming, Bobby took photos with people, but he was on the other side of the table so I was all "Oh, alas alack." But then just as I figured I'd go away he was all "That was good of you to let the kids in front, I'll be over that side in a moment", and I was all "*wibble*". My friend turned up just in time and took a photo of me and Bobby Flay.

*wibble* lmao!!!
Well, that's a great story, please write a song about and make sure I know about it when you do.
I find it interesting that everyones favorite Food Network star is the one that fits their own persona best. I guess that's why I like Emeril Lagasse. He's passionate about everything he does and rough around the edges just like me. Actually I like Alton Brown too, even though I'm not the glasses wearing intellectual type.

Oh man. They hired a *smokin* hot new girl for my department yesterday, we've already chatted a few times and had a few laughs. Only problem is, she's like 22. I mean, I don't care, really, but... it would feel weird. What I mean is, it wouldn't *feel* weird, *that* part would feel pretty good, actually, but *it* would. Feel weird I mean. And by "weird", I mean "cradle-robber-ish".

Am I having an almost-mid-life crisis, or is it just spring? I'm fucking horny. God. Help.

.

I'm totally with you on this feeling. I'm even in a band and I feel weird talking to girls in their early 20's after the shows...

BUT... my last girlfriend was 24 and I loved every minute of that short relationship. She got me for $300 cash that I never got back...but in the end... if you break it down in incriments... it was well worth it!

So I say, stop feeling weird and go with it while you still have a shot. Because you surely won't always have that shot.
