Ph33r th3 hacking skills!

Post by GlennCase »

Got this from a link that Baddd Spellah found and shared, and I laughed a LOT.

I thought you guys might be concerned, with such vicious (and smart) hackers around, maybe we should be careful!

Try not to wet yourself from laughing, folks!

(Note: I found it to be especially funny if I pictured it as an exchange between the Mooninites and the Plutnoians from Aqua Teen Hunger Force)

ROCK!

OH MY GOD THAT WAS FUNNY

hacker who needed to ask for the IP address AND requests the victim to turn off his firewall? SKILZ man SKILZ.

(and I'm not even giving it all away either, the one small detail I'm leaving out really makes the whole thing way funnier)

*SPOILER*

That has got to be an urban legend. If his hacking script crashed his computer the first two times, why would it wipe it out the third? Still, freaking hilarious.

well, my cousin responded to me with 'if it's true it is hilarious'. He's pretty smart and can sniff that kind of thing out. So he was a little skeptical about it being true. However, it only implies that the wipe occured...we'll never know..I mean it could have just discouraged him the third time he tried it or something. OR, as we all know... software can be shakey and not perform as it should. You can even venture that he is using some peice of crap attack software that he happened apon on the internet and it crashed the computer each time he used it except the one time when it finally worked. I mean computers act differently and maybe his computer wasn't strong enough to execute the software but on the third time it did for whatever reason.

we may never know...and it's hilarious anyways :-)

Yes, that slashdot reference is exactly the same one. It would appear to have gotten enough attention that the bandwidth probably killed it.

I think it is so awesome, in a not-very-nice way, that slashdot basically kills everything it touches. Like King Midas, and you can't send gold over the internet (except in Nigeria).

I've seen this already, but just imaging that exchange made me crack up again. Oh man. If only the folks at ATHF would actually animate that.
Let cake eat them.
