Filename format: bandname_paa.mp3
- all lower case
- don't include spaces or "the" or punctuation in your band name, etc.
- end with "_paa.mp3"
- don't send ".m4a" or other file types

It seems like the Song Fight Facebook page is "blowing up" a bit at the moment. It's gotten a bunch of new likes in the last 24 hours. I think credit may belong to JB and his band Ménage À Garage. Maybe that will mean some new artists joining the community in this fight. Yay!

Many folks may not be aware of the Song Fight page on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/songfight.org

Please invite your friends. Facebook will show you who is already a fan and who has already been invited-- so you don't have to worry about overwhelming or annoying anyone.

The Facebook page is useful particularaly because Lunkhead has enabled his SF Jukebox to post when the fight ends, who won, and what the next fight is.

It's funny; I went to the Facebook App on my iPad, searched for song fight, and nothing popped up. So I went into the browser, did the same search there on the Facebook page, and I found and liked it. Then, after reopening the app, it showed up in my likes and I was able to search for it. Very strange. I just wanted to post this in case anyone else is having the same issue with the app; search on Facebook on the web browser. That's all.

I posted this elsewhere, but I recently bought a new-to-me bass that I'd like to try out. So if you want some real live bass on your song in this fight let me know. It's not as exciting as Niveous offering to write lyrics, but hey, it's something...

I got an idea for this. If I can get it together I will ask for lunkhead bass. My bass is always a bit flabby.

Attempting to finish a sort of dopey idea for this one.

Ok. I joined the facebook page, so that's good!
Pick an animal, huh? I think I can tie this in with The Rat Brain. And George Orwell. I think.
And Lunkhead got me thinking in two chords, but then I ruined that with the bridge. Oh well. Life philosophy: close enough.
Anyway, I'm in!

I have to take back my offer of doing bass, I just wound up not having the time for it after all this fight. Sorry to hillbilly who was the only person who tried to take me up on it.
