November 26th, 2015 (Thanksgiving in America)

We're celebrating Thanksgiving here in America today, a day in which, among many other things, we take a day off to share a meal with friends and family and appreciate everything we're lucky to have.

In our apartment specifically it's just us and our cat and a friend coming over from San Francisco, and some visitors dropping by later.

I hope you all are well and if you're American that you're enjoying the holiday.

Happy Thanksgiving to you, Lunkhead, and to everyone as well. Mine was stellar. :)

I eschewed my large family gathering in San Francisco because, ugh, and instead got invited to my platonic cuddlebuddy's boyfriend's college friends' thanksgiving, which was pretty god. I made cranberry sauce and farro that were very well-received, all the food was voluminous and wonderful, and after dinner we smoked weed and watched Addams Family Values. A+++ would do again.
