Re: Song Fight! Live 2018: Lodging
One venue is in Uptown and the other is In RiNo (River North). Both are first-ring neighborhoods from downtown.
Lodging:
It's high season in Denver, so most quality Airbnbs are going to be booked unless the host has a cancellation or it's a new listing. Still, it's worth looking. Try to stay within 3 miles of downtown for the best neighborhoods and close proximity to the venues and group hangouts. If you have a specific listing or neighborhood you're looking at, email me at leahcharney@gmail.com with any questions.
If you go the hotel route, most of our hotels are clustered in Downtown Denver.
Transportation:
Both are a short Lyft or bus ride from downtown. There's a train from the airport to downtown (which stops near Black Shirt Brewing at the 38th & Blake stop). A full ride to the airport is $9. A one-way ride from downtown to BSB is $2.60. Parking downtown and at hotels is expensive, so, if you can, avoid a rental car (or share one among several SongFighters). If you plan to head into the mountains you will need a car. We also have most of the major car-sharing services, like Car2Go, Maven, eGo, and Zipcar.
