Oh geez, sorry, I thought it was one of those kooky US things that the rest of world rolls their eyes at. I'm used to folks like Caravan Ray and johnny cashpoint chiming in reliably every time any such US anachronism colloquialism comes up to let us know how backwater we are. Post edited.
