I just tried playing 5 YouTube videos to get a good feel for the phyrygian. They all start out with "hey guys" and then go on for about 20 minutes and, somewhere hidden in those 20 minutes of video I skipped through, they play a full scale, but interrupt it with a minute of talking, so as to make it impossible to hear the whole thing together without starting 5 minutes back.
No, I don't need help. I just thought you might enjoy my neverending frustration at the hands of modernity. I might make a song, but probably not, because the title isn't lending itself to the violent revulsion that has saturated my once inquisitive mood.

I'm in. Completely ignoring your silly scales and musicality rubbish.
This is a classic gizo number - short, sad, and resolving in G.
The porta04 isn't running at the moment, so I had to fall back on GarageBand, but I stayed within the 4 tracks limit.

I’ve a chord progression that actually sounds like it resolves to the tonic chord. Which was harder than I thought it would be.
Also, I’m in Memphis and will struggle with the deadline when I get back. Should I put that on the excuse thread?
