Check this DAW based on Microsoft Excel: https://www.theverge.com/2020/2/6/21126 ... -tallchief

I'm a little suspicious of randomly downloading and installing things, but I will guarantee you my vote if you use this in a fight. Just post here about your experience and you get a vote!

Ha! Whoa. Does it only export to Ableton files, do you know? I totally want to try this but I also would love to end up with something usable outside of Excel at the end.

I have just started using it - I am impressed so far.

It works fine for my Excel files - some of which are really heavy with graphs etc. I was surprised.

It works way better than trying to use Numbers on my Mac. That is complete rubbish

Anyway. I don't have Excel handy but I think I have an Office 2011 license hanging around somewhere. But I'll just be content to watch the youtube video for now.
