Restaurants on the Edge - Netflix

I wanted to hate this show. Why would I care about some rich dumb people who can't run successful restaurants in some of the most beautiful heavily tourist trafficked places in the world?! Plus the hosts are super annoying. But darned if it isn't a still pretty genius mix of cooking show, travel show, and makeover show. And the places they go to, at least for the episodes we've watched so far, are so amazing looking that they carry the show. The photography too is incredible, although I could do with a whole lot less slow motion footage of the hosts walking around. And then the restaurant owners so far don't seem totally like dumb rich jerks. Malta is now high on our list of places to visit some day now, thanks to this show.
