Damn, that's sad. Somehow I completely had no clue whatsoever that she was Lady Olenna Tyrell on Game Of Thrones, and I never realized she was in The Great Muppet Caper. TIL.

I'm sure Diana was quite similar to the Emma Peel character: Smart, independent, tough, and sexy. I had a crush on Emma as a boy in the 70s, wrote a song about her in the 90s, was thrilled when Rigg showed up on Game of Thrones a few years back. I would watch Mystery on PBS, just because she hosted it. An influence on me for sure.

She was a great person and a great justice, and I'm grateful for her service.

She died right on the Jewish new year, which is somehow fitting.

May her memory be a blessing, and may we soon get another justice who follows her principles.
