I dunno but I just got a sweet distortion pedal amp/sim (joyo California) and I fully intend on using it. As for the spooky sounds...I guess I'll have to figure it out.

I picked up the american sound and actone. Both really great pedals and are clones of the tech 21 brand. Using a strymon iridium now.

I’m in with a fast tracked track, another Halloween track even more juvenile than the last. Spooky but upbeat, happygothcore hip hop? Yeah sure

His name was Eisenhower, but we all called him ‘Eyes’....

Apparently I'm doing my take on space psych again cause my bass plus my new pedal plus reverb makes me sound like the black angels. Might as well lean into it.

I was trying to deliberately not write a creepy song while using spooky sounds, except I haven't even added anything to my drums and bass yet and it's ALREADY SPOOKY.

Brown Word in with the spooky stuff. Or maybe it's just regular Brown Word? Was trying to channel WreckdoM's Looking Glass from Nur Ein VIII but ended up with something different (though perhaps of the same creepy universe).

I wrote a song a couple days ago but I won't be able to record until the due time or after. If I get it in before the songs go up then I'll be in. If I don't I won't.
(Although, I've started compiling a list of songs I've written but never recorded and/or submitted for a tentative e.p./album "did not submit" that I can always add to. Also, I will never get to/finish.)

Crowded House just posted this teaser for something on Facebook, so I can only assume that they, too, are entering Songfight this week.

Anyway, I have most of my recording done, but need to leave my vocal recording until tonight because 2020 insists, so I’ll be in but a bit late. Have gone full spoopy.
