Hehe....
seems like a nice, easy and safe way to try out your political theories, create a Utopian paradise of freedom an love,or just opress everyone and rule with an iron fist.

The People's Republic of Badgistan is a utopia. For now.

We should bind together as a continent, or some such. #Songfightland! has a nice ring to it ....

The Most Serene Republic of Caravanraysia is a tiny, environmentally stunning nation, renowned for its absence of drug laws. Its hard-nosed, cynical population of 5 million are ruled with an iron fist by the socialist government, which grants its people the freedom to do whatever they like so long as it doesn't involve getting richer than anybody else or challenging the government.

The government -- a sprawling, bureaucracy-choked morass -- devotes most of its attentions to Law & Order, with areas such as Defence and Social Welfare receiving almost no funds by comparison. The average income tax rate is 38%, but much higher for the wealthy. A tiny private sector is dominated by the Door-to-door Insurance Sales industry.

Crime is moderate. Caravanraysia's national animal is the bonobo, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the beer.

Wow - that sounds just the place for me!

The "Civil Rights Lovefest" that is Badgistan (motto 'Let them eat cake, and drink coke') has moved to Songfightland region and invites other countries to do the same.

Badgistan - no prisons, gay marriage and all the acorns you can eat ....

The Community of SongLove is a tiny, devout nation, renowned for its complete lack of prisons. Its compassionate, intelligent population of 5 million love a good election, and the government gives them plenty of them. Universities tend to be full of students debating the merits of various civil and political rights, while businesses are tightly regulated and the wealthy viewed with suspicion.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, socially-minded government stops and the rest of society begins, but it devotes most of its attentions to Social Welfare, with areas such as Law & Order and Defence receiving almost no funds by comparison. The average income tax rate is 69%, and even higher for the wealthy. Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Woodchip Exports.

Crime is totally unknown. SongLove's national animal is the rainbow trout, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the smooch.

Tyrrellvania is the latest country in Songfightland to open its borders to visitors. Spend freely, see the sights, and behave yourselves. And check yourself for ticks on the way out.
