Saw this movie (the one referenced in the thread title) Saturday evening. It was enjoyable -- one of the best I've seen in a theater in a while, which admittedly is a VERY low bar -- although it did feel a little longer than necessary.

Hoping for some good songs to come out of this fight: "Please be awesome."

I saw "The Fall Guy" Saturday and yeah, it was a good summer popcorn movie. The stunt work was really amazing. My one nitpick is the pacing was a little uneven in the first half, but the second half moved along very well. I was thinking about how much I focus on the flow of just a 3-4 minute song when making songs and then I tried to imagine having to think about pacing a 2 hour movie and that seemed like a very big, very difficult task.

Agreed (about the uneven pacing AND about how difficult that must be). They basically came right out and said their mission statement was to showcase the stunt work, and they were certainly successful there -- so it shouldn't be a big surprise if the storytelling part was just OK.

To keep the conversation from derailing too much, I think I'm going to start working on some possible cover art.

I've written a song. I've started recording a song. But I'm out of town this weekend and have things to do before then and Nur Ein is starting, so...
