Bad neighbors

Hi folks, you're all very resourceful so I thought I'd pose this question to you.
There's somebody parking their motorbike on my property so I left a sticky label on it with this note: "If you live in this building call your neighbors, otherwise move your bike or we'll call the city to move it for you. Thanks!"
Two days later the bike was still there but the note was removed. So I called the city and logged a complaint which they labeled "illegal parking". This morning the precinct called and said since it's on private property they can't tow it, that the property owners would have to pay to have it towed, but off the record we could move it to the street on Tuesday morning when there's no parking (for street cleaning) and then it'll get towed.
I don't want to wait until Tuesday. I want to put a sign on it tonight that says "Free motorbike -- take me!" like we've done in the past with strollers, high chairs and an old wet-vac noone used.
What would you do? Hoping there are some creative ideas to either help them "get it" or otherwise help to "take care of it". Obviously they're a neighbor, so vengeful retribution isn't something I want to inspire, but they know we don't want it there, and they must know it's not legal.
