I've suspected this for years, when I got involved in hi res color proofing and hi-end color printers. It seemed obvious that they'd do this, especially after that little girl counterfitted US postage stamps by hand with a #2 pencil! Now it makes me pause when contemplating printing any sort of activist propaganda. Not that I've ever done anything like that...
