I'm going to be in the SF Bay area (specifically Palo Alto) for a business trip. I arrive Sunday afternoon and leave Wednesday evening. I will have a car this time.

i second ken's suggestion of a castro halloween. it's definitely something everyone should experience at least once in their lifetime, and i'm fairly certain fluffy, you would enjoy it.

that was cool. i got all excited seeing Frankie and the whatevers this week. but i was sad, it was not he. Nor did Brick Pig enter the tailor-made "Brimming With Tears" fight.

So where are we meeting up, anyway? Haight/Stanyan area? And what should I do about parking? I don't recall it being particularly plentiful around there, especially not on Amoeba-day (aka Sunday).

Do you remember when the titles weren't retarded? I mean, that's not totally fair because even when they're good, I'm not submitting. But that unpronouncable Vishnu thing is by far the worst title ever and makes SongFight seem even more cliquish than than it actually is.
Don't turn this into a flame war, guys--it's just my opinion.
It's funny you should mention Brick Pig because I just talked to him last night and we both lamented not having time to submit to SongFight and we also complained about the titles, which, you know, is again, just an opinion. Well, two opinions.
If it helps, you should know I started writing songs for Attack of the Show, Old People Shopping in the Afternoon, and Boundaries, but I really just didn't have time to finish.
And anyway, didn't you disappear for like a year?
