What do you all think is/was the worst SongFight! title ever? "Rockopulous" etc. is way up there for me, though I'm not positive yet that it's really the worst ever.

Christ, what a whiner!
Actually, there's only one that leaves me cold - Pooch Quick Start. I am not sure that actually means anything.
Blueberry Hassle and Crinkle Binkle at the time(s) I thought were rubbish, but they produced some fantastic songs - which taught me there are no bad titles, just ones which don't inspire you. Excepting Pooch Quick Start

Aaaah. Thanks! Now I feel like I can listen to that fight ... no doubt there will be one or two good'uns in there ...
I think a much more interesting (or at least revealing) conversation would be - which is your favourite fight (that's been done I know) and which is your least favourite ...
Oh ps for Lunkhead, far be it for me to spread gossip and rumour, but I think you'll find that Deepthroat is not entirely to blame for at least one of the titles this week.

the very first songfight i was part of (shreds) i thought had one of the stupidest titles i'd ever heard. it turned out to be what i think is one of the best songfights of all time (and not because we won, but in retrospect because we didn't deserve to, and there are so many awesome songs in that fight deserving to).
you never know what will come out of dumb titles.

If Frank hadn't written something brilliant for Crinkle Binkle, I don't think anyone would be redeeming that title in any way... or maybe any of the blatantly strange ones. I'm not saying that those titles can't inspire someone, but look at Bad Dreams, then look at Old People Shopping in the Afternoon. And yes, before you go looking through all those fights, I'm sure there are exceptions to this, but be reasonable.

Yeah, anyone who has enough sense to notice that some titles are truly awful must be an old fart. And anyone who actually lists them in a post dedicated to the subject of bad titles? Man, that person would be even older and fartier.
All the cool kids nowadays think everything's good, even complete shit.

That hasn't changed since the first post you directed towards me two years ago. At least you are consistent!

Is this directed for me or about me? The former = actually, I do believe John M is quite young, relatively speaking, which is exactly why his grumpy old, seen it all before, man persona irks me. If it's about me, then I am beginning to suspect I might know you. Except I would never be friends with someone who made instrumentals

Oh, I understood it was meant to be a joke, I just didn't think it was funny the first time.

In my opinion a bad title is one that inspires virtually no one to enter songs that I like. I think some of the people whose music I enjoy most here try to write songs that are good on their own outside the context of SongFight! The strangest titles can make it harder to write that kind of a song, I think. It would take tons of work to make a Rockopolousetc. song that I could just play for anybody without having to explain where the hell I got that nutty title. And in the end I'd wind up with a song titled Rockousidufoiu whatever. For me it doesn't seem worth it. Some people, like Frankie, (or Chewbacca Bra for "Dinga Da Donga") rise to the challenge but I think those are definitely the exceptions and not the rule.
Anyway, back on topic, I also think these titles sucked:
Toy Puddle
WTF
Baseball Vs. Opera
