Iron Goddess of Mercy by Lonbobby

I've fallen from the grace of God
What does she know anyway?
She says my life is harder now
It's just the price I have to pay
She pulled me here and let me rot
It's my fault that she forgot
I wish that I was born again
I'd be free; I could sin

A prayer now won't protect me
I'm scared she'll take me in
And ask her to forgive me
That I still want to sin

I've fallen from the grace of God
What does she know anyway?
Her iron fist can't strike me down
What can she do anyway?
I ask for my mercy on my soul
What did I do that was so wrong?
The biggest sin I don't regret
I don't regret

A prayer now won't protect me
I'm scared she'll take me in
And ask her to forgive me
That I still want to sin

Destruction Enterprise:

Just the two of us walking through mud
Feet all messed up caked with blood
Both our lives have been filled with curse see
That's why we must find Iron Goddess of Mercy

Sticking together through thick and thin
We'll reach that Goddess in the end
Flood and drought and snow and heat
We will struggle but never be beat

Strangers in life we were before
But through our pain we found the door
That brought you and me to start this walk
Keep on going no need to talk

You know my plight from the pain in my face
I can see in your heart you've been disgraced
When we finally reach her we will ask
Iron Goddess of Mercy please take this task
------------------------------------------------
Gaia Guide our feet, through everytown down every street
Iron goddess of mercy we must meet, and our quest complete

the pain in our hearts equals the pain in our minds
Iron Goddess of Mercy please be kind

The steel god of death eats the pain that we feel
we will soon die and be his next meal
Iron goddess of mercy please make us a deal

The world is falling apart through war and famine
people worshipping nothing but mammon

we're the last two left to take on this quest
until the world is safe we refuse to rest

people are acting like zombies
Iron Goddess of mercy help us please
---------------------------------------------------
don't know about you I'm not ready to die
I know that we're hungry but we just gotta just try
Keep on going until our journey's complete
Rest for a minute and then move our feet

They say Goddesses are legends we're fools to go
But what do men with empty hearts really know
I believe in making this a better earth
And I'll do what I must to give our mission birth

Off in the horizon we see a vision
We know now we made the right decison
It's not a mirage we haven't gone mad
Little did we know we'd wish we had

We ran to her like moths to the flame
She just looked and laughed as we both came
Why did you come all the way she said
While all of your people lay injured and dead
-----------------------------------------------------
Goddess we came here to ask you to help
I know you probably think me a whelp
but we need you to tell us what to do
without your guidance the earth is through

"Gods don't solve problems people can fix on their own"
"so the earth will be left alone"

will nothin that we can say or do change your mind
goddess please don't leave our people behind
"know this" she said as she turned her back
"If people don't stop we will attack"

so now the two of us are left all alone
while the rest of the planet just gets thrown
into a never ending spiral of death
as I fall, with my last breath
I curse the world
as we die we see a series of visions
death, violence, crime, and prison
the goddess we now know has made the right decision

Iron Goddess of Mercy
by Luke Henley

There's a hole in the sun.
It rains down fire on everyone.
Iron goddess of mercy,
isn't it time to shine on me?
Isn't it time to shine on me?

Oh Lord I come to you
with open, bleeding palms.
Not like your son, whose wrists were opened by
Roman men. Roman men.

I don't know how to hush this.
There is a rush in my head.

I saw Santa Claus.
He was bringing gold.

I know this road,
I've walked it before.
I know all its holes.
Like the one in the sun.

Iron Goddess of Mercy

I’ve been very bad in the key of G
I have got no class, stole a melody
I know it is not mine, never said it was
But it sounds so fine, I just stole it just because
You can sing along, you can sing it better
And it feels so warm, it’s like a punk rock sweater

I’m not a plagiarist!
Just because I write the songs that you already like

If we have a wedding, this will be our song
Everyone will cry, and then we will be gone
Off to Mexico, to lay under the moon
And hear the Mariachis singing us this tune
Play that song again, play it one more time
Cause it sounds so sweet, it goes well with lime

I’m not a plagiarist!
Just because I write the songs that you already like

Iron Goddess of Mercy, please forgive me
For I have copped a tune
(Only you can save me)

If you like the classics, then you will like me
Cause my friends all say, “You’re totally classic, dude!â€

"Iron Goddess of Mercy" by Phunt Your Friends
lyrics by Niveous

She stands between me and my goal
But I can't fall back, can't retreat
She's the pinnacle of beauty and grace
But she has to die for me to succeed
Cold goddess wrought of iron
As I stand within your shadow's fall
I pray you give me mercy
This is fate. It has to be this way

I will stand victorious in the end
But at what price, a goddess' life

Like a mountain, I must climb to the apex
Bear my sword and cut through the weakness
My journey will not end here
I will wander this country til the heavens open
My love waits for me in silence
Body cold as the iron goddess I face
And with my actions, I create change
This is fate. It has to be this way

I will stand victorious in the end
But at what price, a goddess' life

And beauty dies in the hands of heroes
Love is tainted with the act of violence
Iron goddess in silence collapses
I stand tall over the colossus

I will stand victorious in the end
But at what price, a goddess' life

Damien Verrett:

The iron goddess of mercy
The only one who is honestly
down to earth or up to par
and so far
noone comes close to comparing

Don’t you know?
That you’re the only one
with a valid opinion

No I know that I’m not worthy
It’s fine it’s fine I’m fine honestly
Look down on me and pity me
And see
you have every right to control me
