Status report: I'm drunk.

So the missus and I got a hotel room downtown for the weekend. Went to see LeBron and the Cavs toy with our Pacers last night. Just returned from our favorite high-ticket seafood restaurant which serves an excellent Manhattan for a mere $11 a pop. In 40 minutes, the Indianapolis Symphony and Symphonic Choir will be presenting the Mozart requiem for our listening pleasure. I'm betting the Dies Irae will be absolutely wicked in my somewhat altered state.

Man, go for the Verdi Requiem, for your money you get like 4 or 5 "Dies Irae." Yeah, that dude loved his wrath.

Yeah, the Verdi's great too. I've actually sung in that one. His 200th birthday will be in 2013 so mark your calendars.
