I laughed so hard when I read this earlier today.

The best (worst) part about it is that it wasn't released to the public. The only reason it got out is because a reporter in a local newspaper saw the story fit to print.

The VICE PRESIDENT of a country SHOT A MAN and it wasn't necessary to report.

So, they had a few beers at lunchtime, then The Dickster turned around, thought that the 78-year-old man in orange safety gear 10 yards from him was a duck - so he shot him.

Sounds perfectly reasonable to me - I've had long lunches like that...

It should also be noted that he doesn't have a gun permit, nor a hunting license. But I guess certain monsters are so insulated from law that legality isn't something law enforcement would bother to consider.
