I am no Tommy Lee Jones fan. I think he's a one-trick pony actor, and he doesn't do anything here to change my mind. But his movie is great. I think this mostly has to do with the script by the Amores Perros guy, but I'll give some credit to Jones's direction also. I like stories about redemption, I think. A
