Nope. You've packed your bags and moved to the ahem 'Land of the Free' leaving all crowns, mink stoles and pointy ceremonial swords behind.

Yes - I recall learning at school that the USA had a revolution so that they could stop having in-bred half-wits from privileged families as their head-of-state.

Still have that lovely burgundy passport where...
Her Britannic Majesty's Secretary of State requests and REQUIRES in the Name of Her Majesty all those whom it may concern to allow the bearer to pass freely without let or hindrance

Plus I try to think of myself as an ambassador bringing enlightenment to the poor ignorant republicans. Who will one day realize their horrible mistake and track record with this elected presidential thingy and come back to the fold. ;-) [/tounge in cheek]

...and you know John I know it's shocking but you need to stop pimping all that revisionist bull crap that the republican apologists keep providing to your poor wee innocents at school. Just look to the left of southern cross on that lovely blue flag and remember why the upper left corner is there.....God Bless the Queen! < removes tongue from cheek and puts flame suit on>

I quite enjoyed my run as a Psychotic Dictator from songfightland when someone posted that nationstates link. So... I picked "other" for "psychoticdictatorial".

I think you miss my point Stuey - I'm delighted to have that nice Windsor family provide my heads-of-state. (After all - if Australia weren't a constitutional monarchy - the Commonwealth Games wouldn't be the one-sided farce we all know and love).

Sure, Liz, Phil and the kids are not the sharpest tools in the shed, but at least we didn't vote them in. What's the Americans excuse for that Bush kiddie?

Nice as that is I don't think it's going to help when you get slapped in an orange jump suit and sent to Guantanamo for jaywalking.

Soon it will say:
'Their most presidential personages Tony and George request and require... Else you'll be shot... and probably napalmed for good measure... Forsooth.
