The Song Fight Bulletin Board

I couldn't find this elsewhere (although I'm sure it's somewhere). Who is the Fight Master? Or does it change? Or is it multiple people?

There's a Fightmaster Sr. and a Fightmaster Jr. who stand upon a hill and watch over us little Songfighters as if we are their children.
