Can I fool a real estate agent?

The girl from the real estate place is coming around in two hours to make sure I haven't broken anything. I stuck a piece of cardboard over a hole I punched in a wall and wrote "bathroom" on it. I also put one in a bedroom and wrote "bedroom" on it so she won't get suspicious. Will this fool her?

If she finds the hole, start complaining about the "mold" and your need for ventalation.
..or that you did HER a favour by clearing the mold out.
Just say "mold".
