those two are so awesome, only people without souls don't like them.
In fact when we we're doing lyrics for Butterfly Massacre last week we we're like "what would MoS do?" (not that that necessarily had much of an effect on how it eventually came out mind)

sorry guys. i just think they're annoying as hell. too much happy energy/cutesy stuff going on. not to mention the thing about them always wanting to play two different songs at the same time.
my roommate likes them. so my constant exposure to them has caused me to hold a grudge against this band. i shivered when i walked into the room last night and saw a mates of state cd sitting next to the cd player.

I saw them last night. More bands should be like them. They don't have a pretentious bone in their body, and they're not worried about coming off as cool. I think they said about 12 words to the crowd total, nine of which were "Our friend told us "You need to talk more"." And then they proceeded to play another song instead.
If you want to hear ugly people make melancholy music with tired song structures, then yeah, I could see how you would hate them.

Energy and happy cutesy stuff is a good quality in my opinion >_>
