David Blaine is at it again.

He got buried alive. He stood atop a pole. He stayed in a block of ice. He likes doing these things....

Well he's back. At NYC's classical mecca Lincoln Center (this one's for you, Roymond!!), he will be spending a week in a human aquarium. And passers-by will be able to touch the aquarium.

Don't tap on the glass, the magician may go belly-up.

Woo publicity! I would gladly go up there and make up songs about him being in an aquarium.

Oops...

Well, that didn't go so well. Why did he think after living in a snowglobe for a week that he could pull off holding his breath under water for 9 minutes while escaping chains & handcuffs??? Instead he almost dies and now he has liver damage and his body is covered in rashes. Good going, DB.

I thought that he comes out tonight...I can't find any news on the finale taking place. I might be crazy though.

EDIT: Google has been sucking lately

http://www.cnn.com/2006/SHOWBIZ/TV/05/0 ... index.html If I would have just gone to where the news is in the first place...

Wow. watch his last 5 minutes in the snowglobe. It's almost painful to watch because you can see this isn't gonna work. It's a car crash in slo-mo.

Whoa, that actually made me kinda nauseous. I'm glad I didn't see that live.

this reminds me of geraldo not finding anything in al capone's vault.

my parents rented ghostbusters that day, and I skipped it to watch that charlatan.

Well, that's simply not true.
They did manage to contain their fear well enough to get the job done, though.
