I'm just trying to figure out which movie you're talking about. All I've found is Jolly Roger: Massacre at Cutter's Cove, which looks really gory and awesome. If there's a new one just called Jolly Roger, I'm totally going.

I'm pretty sure theres a Sausage Boy movie, but it's only played in dark theatres, to adults, with no pants.
