Sonic Youth, Jesus & Mary Chain, Bjork, Rage Against the Machine, Kings of Leon, Arctic Monkeys and Peter, Bjorn and John! That's quite a line up!

...and WTF? Crowded House?!? They really will never be the same without Paul Hester - Neil Finn should perform under different name.

Well - I won't be going to that - but yesterday, I did buy tickets to see ------THE PIXIES!!!!! First tour ever to Australia I believe! At a festival Surfers Paradise, south of Brisbane - with the Pet Shop Boys and Gnarls Barkley on 1 April.

I don't think I'll be making it out there, but you should definitely see Ozomatli, they put on a great live show. Would be cool to see !!! too.

Can't make it this year, but wish I could see the Saturday show. The band to see on the Saturday show is Cornelius! If anyone is going I highly highly highly recommend Cornelius! Yes he's (Keigo Oyamada) as good as they come in the studio, but he's (Keigo Oyamada plus band) equally if not more impressive live.

Have fun!

i gotta say..... that is my dream line-up pretty much right there. Too bad cali is so damn far away. Wish Rage was playing on a good day. They are about the only really great thing on sunday.

Gah... such a friggin sweet festival lineup. you are far too lucky. :(

Sorry. It's a one-shot deal.

Why would I want to sit through sixty dull opening bands just to see Explosions in the Sky?

Ok, my drooling is over.. i might or might not go.
either way, if you want to go bad enough you have 3 months to save up, and about 2 weeks to start convincing your friends they should do the same and go along with you. that’s what i did in 2004, and it was allot of fun.
I’ll have this on my calendar and see how things work out.

I saw him when I first moved to Berkeley at the Justice League in SF. His band dressed like the Beach Boys, played to a Seasame Street style animation video projection, and passed a Dr. Sample around the audience. I was very impressed.
