I need it. The one with two layers, one with cream cheese and the other with sour cream. I am travelling and don't have access to my cookbook. Anyone wanna scan it and send it to me by pm, it would make my mother-in-law very happy if I made her one for Chinese New Year before it is over.
Thanks.

Do you have access to a spring form pan? My Cheesecake recipe uses cream cheese and sour cream, but not in layers.
I go to
http://www.foodtv.com when I need to find a recipe.

I can get a springform pan, and am planning on it. I have been to the web, and didn't find the recipe I am looking for. It must have two layers. That is an absolute requirement.

Hey, thanks, Frankie, but Niveous has come through with the exact recipe I was looking for. Will have to try that triple threat sometime, though.
Thanks all, emergency is over.

That looks pretty good, but I've come to the conclusion that I don't like chocolate and cheesecake. This is very odd, because I'm a chocoholic and a cheesecake addict. Chocolate crumb crust, no problem. Butterscotch chips, no problem.
By the way, I make the best peach cheesecake with a honey graham macadamia crust. 4 cream cheese pks, 4 eggs and a cup of sour cream, so this bad boy is thick! A water bath when cooking is a must.
