-7:00- sort of wake up

-8:10- leave for school
-11:45- come home for spare and lunch
-somewhere in there- find out I can quit my job and cash a cheque
-2:00- go back to school for math
-3:35- go home
-4:12- type this
-after that- plan to finish Nur Ein II song, eat supper and jam with Vox Caelorum.

Wow ... that was great. I look forward to typing almost the same thing as that every Monday (except maybe for cashing a cheque  ).
I'm gonna start a website where people can post this sort of stuff daily - and other people will read it. I think the kids will really go for this sort of thing

So after 2 months on a cane, physical therapy and a bit of serious pain, I am finally feeling sort of "normal" for a couple weeks...then today I stroll home on a beautiful day and sprain my other ankle.

How's your day going?

Oh jeeze, that's terrible.

I think your body is trying to tell you something. Have Segway catalogs been mysteriously appearing on your coffee table?

You better lay off the booze dude. Walking shouldn't be that difficult under normal circumstances.

I think I can relate to your pain though. I just got a bad back. From sleeping. Isn't aging great!!

Ankle's now mostly unbroken, but the atrophy's turned that muscle group into silly putty. Walking is like a Boris Karloff Revival Meeting... stepthumpdraaaaag stepthumpdraaaaag stepthumpdraaaaag.

Man, I don't feel good today. Must have eaten something bad yesterday or something. Maybe too much coffee this morning.

I am in a world of pain.

2 days of snow-boarding on Mt Ruapehu.

...and when will people learn!!!! When you see an over-weight, middle-aged man crumpled in a heap half-way down a mountain - he is having a REST!!!!! He does NOT need paramedics.
