Need Help For Moving

Howdy folks. I'm moving from San Francisco, CA to Brooklyn, NY at the end of the month, and so of course I'm going crazy trying to get rid of stuff before the big day.
I've got some really crappy pictures of furniture I'm trying to get rid of up here: Yook's Giveaway-o-thon! If you want any of it, let me know.
Mainly, though, I'm writing this because I need some major help. For reasons that are too dumb to get into right now, I'm having trouble renting anything for the big "take stuff to the dump" and "take a bunch of boxes to FedEx" aspects of my move.
So, I am hoping that one of the Bay Area Fighters that own a pickup truck, minivan or just plain van can help me, either by driving me around for a couple of days, or letting me borrow their vehicle for a couple of days. I know, it's a crazy request, and I'm pretty sure nothing will come of this post, but it never hurts to try. (As long as you don't roll a botch, then it did hurt to try.)
Anywho, thanks for reading this.

P.S. The "Fragile Shelf Unit" has, um, sorta broken. One of the X-like cross pieces at the bottom snapped. So, um, ignore it.
P.P.S. Also, I'm giving away my hard-tail Trek mountain bike, but only to a good home, i.e. someone who has a need and/or good use for it. Let me know if you are interested in pics/info.
