Nothing surprises me anymore. Especially during a big election year. This guy was going to clean up NY. So I guess he had to go to DC to do the deed.

Go to the home page of any US news site. Our Governor has been identified as a "John". Not in and of itself the most shocking thing in the world, but as an Atorney General, he did a lot of work cleaning up prostitution rings. So I guess he knows the business.

Well, he probably made some good contacts over the years, but sheesh. Gotta put it down when you're the gov, yo. Especially after crusading against such a thing. It's similar to the hypocrisy of the televangelists getting caught in hotel rooms or killing in the name of (fill in the blank with your religeous icon of choice) but this guy will probably get the boot, no? Save our politicians: Legalize prostitution.

This is very unfortunate because this guy had been doing some good stuff in terms of going after the music companies re: radio payola etc.

Yeah? You know what the worst part is? I think prostitution should be legal, and whats worst than that, it IS. Just not in very many places...like just one. (U.S.A. speaking of course)

My wife's reaction was "I can't believe it. That's a lot of money. And it's not even a nice hotel!"
