Hey everyone.

DRC: I'm here, doing stuff, playing Scrabble, working and I've been having a musical existential crisis. I haven't been many music that I'm happy with. I'm just not getting a sound that's close to what I have in my head. I'm hard at work trying to remedy that.

QotD: Let's experiment. What are you listening to right now? I don't mean a general scope, I mean what music is playing right now. Answer the question and check in repeatedly to reanswer it. Let's see what's on the collected playlist of the Songfight.

Currently on: "Mizuchi No Miko" by Onmyouza

A few minutes later: "Life is like a boat" by Rie Fu
"I'd like to see 1984 redubbed with this in the soundtrack."- Furrypedro.

I'm taking a brief break while recording something for the Empty Wednesday fight. While walking this morning, I listened to the Nur Ein fight. All Songfight! today, so far. :)
Bringin' the stink since 2006.

Usually it only rains for 5 minutes or so and then the sun comes out to specifically elevate the water into a hanging gas.

I don't think I've listened to any music at all yet today (8:30 a.m., which means I've been up for about 4 1/2 hours). At my mom's pool class this morning, I think we'll be listening to The Essential Dean Martin, if I remember to take the CD with me. This afternoon, I have a song I'm working on for tuneflow that I'll probably load up and listen to repeatedly. This evening, I am going to be recording a middle/high school orchestra to give them a CD that they can send to apply to festivals and such. If that wasn't during the evening, I'd be home listening to the Idol finals, whatever they choose to do - may watch the tape of that later on anyway.

I listened to some of the songs from NE 0, just to determine if I was in the same general sonic space as everybody else, but I kinda feel like if I listen to a lot of the current stuff, I'll just stress out over being sent home.

I really don't "intentionally" listen to a lot of music, but maybe I'll make an effort today...
