:(

Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid is one of my top 3 movies of all-time. He was an amazing actor. He will be missed.

Oh yeah. I eat his pasta sauces all the time...but I eat them on pizza instead, because pasta with tomato sauce is probably the worst thing there is out there.

Are you trying to "spoon feed" us on your opinions again? :P

Anyway, try making your own tomato sauce for your pasta. I have this killer method of making a tomato sauce for pasta that's actually more like a Mexican salsa fresca except with Italian flavors instead of Mexican flavors. It isn't very saucy, but more chunky with fresh garlic, herbs, etc. It's not cooked, but more just heated through, except the onion and peppers and garlic are sauteed before throwing in the tomatoes and herbs the last minute. It's amazing and pretty healthy when made with whole wheat pasta.
Although I do have a killer Mexican spaghetti recipe too that I learned from a Mexican guy straight out of Tijuana. Who knew? It's so good that it has become a regular in my home. It's very fattening though, so not good for a daily thing, but very cheap to make for large groups. Oh, it has an avocado cilantro sauce that is drizzled on top before serving. Damn I'm hungry.

Mexican Spaghetti = Chili Mac!

LoO - A good tomato pasta sauce can make a ho-hum day a brilliant one, especially if you have some garlic bread to sop up the sauce that gets left behind. (Because I always put way too much red sauce on my pasta!)

Paul Newman cover fight?

No, not chili mac, lol. The one I do is a very heavy spicy cream sauce made with crema de fresco, with a shot of tequila or two.......................while your cooking.

All right, so where's the recipe? Cilantro - good, avacado - good, cream sauce - good, what else is in it?

LOL.

I was thinking the same thing.

How about instead we have a Gary Numan cover fight?
