Well, my new job starts tomorrow, so I'm just killing time today. Cleaning up the apartment a bit. Catching up on some TV shows. Playing video games. Writing a song. Maybe I'll get around to recording it if I can get Windows to stop doing its best impression of a brick.
QotD: What do you do on your days off?

QOTD: Same thing I do everyday, try desperately to be the master my domain.
Oh, and good luck on the new job, Jon. I've been biting my tongue at the irony of Barack laying you off. But now that you found a new job, tongue biting is no longer necessary.

j/k

Gross.
Yeah, I guess it's a bit ironic, but 1) I wasn't working directly for the Obama campaign, and 2) I would have fired me too. I wasn't very good at that job.
Oh well.

Mostly I do things with M, whether that's fun stuff or work around the house. That does lead to less music production so I have to make sure to take alone time for music making also.

Fridays are recording days because it's just me and the cats (my youngest is compulsively obsessed with my electric guitar but terrified of my singing).
Saturday: lounge about; go the museum (we're members and Atlanta has a pretty awesome one:
The High); play computer games; watch Netflix or whatever's sitting on the TiVO. Oh, and clean.
Sunday: lounge about; used to play D&D but gas prices have hit everyone in the wallet, so that's on hiatus; watch more movies; do the laundry.
We're big on mental-health-pyjama days. Weekdays are for working; weekends are for relaxing.

Looks like I'm buying a new MacBook in a couple days.
qotd: Draw
comics, catch up on TiVo and sleep.

QotD: As little as possible. Seriously.
