Talk about your spelling

Post by Leaf »

Yeah. I know that those familiar with my posts recognize my stupendous spelling efforts. I just didn't know that lazy spelling could get me into real trouble.

I have many duties where I work: one of them is transfering data to customers. We recently started a new pilot project: we are producing Chum Salmon portions for use in the French penal system. So, one of the owners asked me to forward photos of the operation in action to the customer.

What did my brilliant subject line say?

Not "Chum portioning photos" like it was supposed to.

I really need to slow down sometimes.

EDIT: and I already had to fix two typos in this post. Lovely.

I can't believe that you didn't use your experience in the provision of fish for the French penal system as the basis for a song titled "Les Anchois" That sounds like a song that would write itself.

Lyric and lyrics. :)

Look at the word he bolded. Think of typos for it.

Spend more time thinking if you really cannot come up with an answer.

There was an email floating around that sort of dealt with this idea. If you keep the first and last letters in place, you can pretty much mix up the rest of the word and still maintain readability.
Anyone got a copy of that email? It was pretty funny.
