I'm still on vacation. I drew a comic today and have watched a bunch of TV. I haven't set foot outside at all.
qotd: Do you tend towards introversion or extroversion?
[edit] qotd2: What are your new year's resolutions?
Here's mine.

QotD: Introversion. I'm happier with a small circle of friends and lots of time to myself. Being around too many other people too often is draining.

I'm introverted to the extent that I'm probably technically handicapped.

QotD: hard to say. I guess I'm some mix of both but being a bit messed up socially makes me stay at home more often than not. I don't believe in those labels much anyway.

What is this, a do-over? We had this question before. I am still an extrovert internally, but I am not sure that it always gets out of me. Does that make me an introvert?

I probably asked it before but many recent questions have been repeated. It's a slow day and nobody else started the thread so I just posted the first question which came to mind.
Fine, here's an alternate QotD: Do you have any new year's resolutions?
Mine I have already
described in comic form.

QotD2: changing things, including my habits, my attitude etc. Try to achieve things that are impossible according to popular beliefs. Practice being able to leave the box (you know, the one everybody always thinks inside of) whenever I want to. And the box that contains that box, and the box that stores both of those.
I'm done with having boring new year's resolutions.

QOTD 2: Stop being so lazy!
...ahh, who am I kidding, that's WAY too much work.

You can always do that next year, or the year after.

Great idea! My new years rezz is to do it next year.
...or the year after, if I'm so inclined.

QOTD: I TEND TOWARDS EXTROVERSION!

QotD part deux: Ha, my new years resolution was to collaborate with someone on a song, and if everything goes well I'll have it knocked out by the end of next week. In your FACE, people with loftier goals having to do with self improvement or making the world a better place!

Oh yeah, the original QOTD: I'm an extrovert that hates attention. I've never liked being the front man, but loved playing and singing my music. I'd rather be playing guitar in a band behind a curtain, than on stage. I am....the Wizard of OZ.
...on a bright note, you have to run through a field of poppies to get to me.

QOTD: I'm an introvert

The Durands are using their "outside the box" thinking to describe their situation using font size.
I, on the other hand, am using my keen sense of "noticing the obvious" and my "one finger speed typing skill" to announce it.

Whats it mean when you want to be around lots of different people except when you're actually around lots of different people? Although I guess that really doesn't have anything to do with introvert/extrovert, which all depends on if I have anything to say. I'm happy to take all the attention when I have stuff to say but I generally don't like small talk and if I'm not really that interested in the conversation of a group and my attention isn't really needed, I will disappear into my head.
Which can be confusing for people if they only meet me when I'm in a talkative mood and then they see me in a disappear into my head mood and they wonder if anythings wrong and won't believe me when I say I'm fine and you can't really say that all these people are boring me and I'm amusing myself in my head. Well, I guess I have, in situations where everyone, except the person talking to me, are involved enough in their own boring discussion I can quietly explain where I am. And if the person is the type of person to think there might be something wrong, they're probably the type to recognize that the group is filled with shallow, boring conversation, so then we could hangout and make fun of them and I can stop hanging out in my head and being introverted.
Opposite the people who meet me when I'm talkative, theres the people who meet me when I'm not talkative and they're confused when I'm suddenly chatty. And I wonder how weird it is for people who aren't me, who say things that engage me in conversation and I go from in my head mode to animated conversation mode because I've never really thought about it, but I suppose outwardly, that would look a little weird, staring off into space, thinking with a blank look and then being really excited because you're having a conversation that actually interests you but since instead of asking me whats wrong, they'll say something that engages me, they probably already get how I work.
But, anyway, as long as either I have something to tell someone that they might find interesting, people are engaging me in something I find interesting or saying things that I can interject on, I'm extroverted but otherwise, I can stay in my head and not really care. Or, also, I guess there are the times the conversation is entertaining and I'll be introverted and watch but not participate due to fascination. Although that might also happen during a dumb conversation and I just want to see what someone else will say next. And sometimes watching other people interact while you sit back is kind of cool since you can observe so much not actually being a part of the conversation beyond listening.
But, yeah, I can go from 0 to 60, introverted to extroverted in a second, whatever that means.

DRC: I got so cold today, I thought I was going to die. (well, I knew I wouldn't DIE, but.. it's a figure of.. SHUT UP) It's currently -31c (-24f for you yanks) with a windchill of -39c (basically the same in f) Let's just say it is f^&king COLD here. I didn't let the car warm up enough when I went to get the kid for the weekend, and my feet and hands froze. Then I realized I needed to put some gas in my car, and even with gloves on, it HURT. I hate winter so much.
QotD2: Nothing much. I guess try to be a nicer person, etc. Get a steady girlfriend maybe. Stop murdering homeless peop.. I mean QUIT SMOKING.
QotD1: I'm an introvert when I'm alone and extrovert when I'm around people.
