Monkey - Journey to the West

I bought this the other day:
Monkey - journey to the West
...not sure about it
I love Monkey.
I love everything Monkey.
Obviously, I discovered it through the 1980s TV series, but that led me to the ancient Chinese novel it was based on. It is awesome. I have read the novel multiple times, I have seen various live productions - if it is "Monkey" = I'm there!
I am also a big Blur fan, and an even bigger Gorillarz fan.
When I saw that Damon Albarn and his Gorillaz buddies were doing a Monkey opera - I was so excited.
Now I have it - I am not so excited.
Anyone else got it?
