Help for a friend

My friend Teresa's dad is dying of Lou Gehrig's disease. It's really horrible... he's hanging on, but he's not himself any more. Very degenerative. Teresa requested that a friend of mine play a particular song at his funeral, which they're expecting to happen really soon.
The problem is, the song's transcription hasn't been published yet. My friend Bryan had no success in figuring out the song, and I'm no good at that sort of thing.
Can anybody help out Teresa and transcribe this song for her? It's a Christian song:
"All I Want" by Michael W Smith
(from his most recent album)
It's a piano song. I can give you an mp3 if needed. It would mean a lot to her. Thanks.

I would happily help, but my transcribing skills are non-existant. You know, it might be worth contacting this Michael W Smith through his website (if he has one) - I think he should be honoured given the circumstance and help you out himself.

I think my friend Bryan went down that path, but I don't know if he tried to contact the man himself or just his management, or whatever... worth a try.
I'll ask Bryan. Meanwhile we have a couple of volunteers here as well.

Thanks. We've got the chords.
I just found out that my friend's dad passed away yesterday afternoon.
This is a sad time.
Thanks for the offers of help.

I just put a .pdf of the leadsheet on my website and emailed Bill to let him know where it is...

Bill, I didn't try to notate all the syncopations 'n' such, just a basic version of the song that somebody could sing from. Let me know if you need things more precisely notated... it kinda depends on the people who will be playing / singing, I guess...

I haven't heard anything from Teresa yet. The funeral will be tomorrow, and I won't be able to go because that's way too much time off from work (it's in Philadelphia), but we are driving up tonight for the wake. I'll see if I can meet this Nicky to find out how it's going.
Thanks !
