Looking for help on Nothing Is Everything

Hi all! Still getting over the flu, but I have hashed out a demo for "Nothing Is Everything". I wouldn't mind being only the singer and/or lyricist, but definitely need a drummer and/or producer for this. I also don't mind re-working it a little into a different style or different tempo... and it don't have to be acoustic at all. Anyway, let me know if you're interested in working on this with me:

Soooo, do I need to re-work this completely, a little bit, or what? Analyze of the faults (besides my flu-ridden vocals and early demos)?

I'll jump in with drums & bass if you can record to a metronome of some sort.
It's either that, or I'll time mangle it later after it's submitted

What does the "or I'll time mangle it later after it's submitted" mean?
Since it's due Thursday the 20th, if we do this, how much time do you need once I've got it recorded to a metrognome? It might take me a few days to record it that well, and i may try adjusting the style of the tune if that's cool.

So, please give me a deadline. Thanks!

It means he'll make a cool remix of it after you submit it to the fight...

Also, I liked your demo, but I have nothing to offer... it is in my music library now though.

Cool (on both accounts). I appreciate the encouragement. It makes me feel more motivated to make it better.

haha, be better! :p
As for drums & bass, I'll probably need about 4 hours.

I'm working on electrifying this, and I think its sounding better. Problem is finding time to record in tempo. If I can get it together by tomorrow, I'll get it to you. Otherwise, I'll do my best with my limited skills.
