Buried in the "rules" they finally mention a date, sort of:
"Selection and prize determinations will occur on within 7 days of the close of the contest, currently scheduled for October 15, 2009 at approximately 11 AM at Company's offices or via communication mechanism where the judges can agree on the winners for the Additional Categories."

Contestants from the 48 contiguous states in the United States where the contest is legal may participate.

Yeah right. What's the point of a competitive endeavor with no prizes. It is unheard of. Cheap bastard can jam his prize up his non-contiguous arse.

Maybe you haven't been here long enough to have figured it out yet, but that's kind of how Caravan Ray's humor works.
I want to be in this fight, but I haven't thought of a take on the title yet.
