Cleaning up after a Reaper project

Reaper's great, but it's rather cavalier with my disk space. My project folder is thick with junk WAV files.

How do you keep your Reaper projects tidy, or clean up afterwards? I found something called MediaSweeper that looks interesting. Comments, reviews?

File < Clean current project directory...

You can delete files not used by the project. BEWARE if you do not setup your projects properly, i.e. in their own directories, you can delete files that you don't mean to delete! Use with caution.

You didn't think that Reaper had a built-in feature for that? Heretic! ;)

Thanks. I couldn't find anything about cleanup in Geoffrey Francis' otherwise excellent guides (the uer manual and Reaper Power). Reassuring to know it's been thought of. It worked well (but I'll be keeping my reason .rsb file and mixdown .wav or .mp3 files in a sibling folder from now on).
