The Song Fight Bulletin Board

I really liked it, but it was a little hard for me to follow. Just when I thought I had a grasp on what was going on, I got a bit confused as to who's dream was who's. Which then had me thinking more than watching the movie. But it all came around towards the end. Honestly, I feel like I need to see it again.

Good acting, suspenseful, scary, a pinch of humor and awesome FX all wrapped up in one. So I give it two thumbs up. But it almost had too much going on for it's own good and there are parts that left me with questions. But I still think it's an amazing flick.

edit: Oh, and a great ending.

It was pretty good. I didn't really get lost but I also didn't think it was that important to keep track of whose dream was whose. That was just a set piece. It seemed pretty straightforward to me, and I'm kind of disappointed at how every dream was just set up to be as realistic as possible. I saw the "twist" coming from a mile away but I think the surprising thing is that Nolan completely telegraphed it and set it up and still played it (relatively) straight, without dwelling on how clever he was (as is the case with most of his films).

He does need to learn how to make a movie under 2 hours long though. Not that it was a problem in this one (I never felt particularly bored or whatever), but in his other films (Dark Night and Prestige in particular) he could have done with a lot more rigorous editing.

That is one thing I can say for this movie, I never once got wound down or bored. It had my attention the entire time for being so long.
