roaming around in my trenchcoat, roaming the streets
see a homeless man with his dog, just sitting on the curb, begging for money
he has a terrible haircut, no wonder he can't get a job
like me
I have the finest tailored clothing you can see
and now I'm heading to the club to find rico
the weatherman said we'd see snow

Shaker is used as a double entendre for cocaine (its affects on heart rate (you can die of a heart attack)) and the container which the protagonist keeps his stash in. Hence, heart shaker.
In the first verse, the protagonist is explaining how time is important and he is important in the way he spends his time. He works on Wall Street or perhaps in LA. He's explaining that he can't slow down, partially because he doesn't want to and partially because he's addicted. Throughout the song, temporal references double as metaphors for using. "Slowing down" can be interpreted as abstaining, and the opposite is also true.
The second verse begins by explaining the protagonist's work situation: he works long hours due to his empowering addiction, but sometimes he can or can't focus depending on whether he's too high or experiencing withdrawal. As his mind wanders through this state, he thinks of random material things he wants for the sake of status they bring. After all, he is a coke fiend and he would have never started if he didn't have to keep up with his other Ivy League, coke-snorting peers. 'Sweat' is an obvious reference to withdrawal symptoms. He starts drinking to improve his mental state.
In verse three, the protagonist is walking in his home city and his conclusion about the homeless man is obviously absurd, as he brags some more about materialistic things. He heads to the club to find Rico, his drug dealer. Rico just got a new shipment in ("the weatherman said we'd see snow").
The musical breakdown at this point represents the scene at the dance club, where, presumably, the protagonist finds Rico and snorts a gigantic line of cocaine.
The chorus is just a dude telling the protagonist to knock it off because he's going to die.
