Ok, it's in. I don't know if it's A Game or a game, but there ya go. Shocked, pleased, and honored to have made it this far, with some great music and fun along the way. And don't the former contestants vote? Get out the vote, peoples! Big kiss for all. NUR EIN!!!!!!

Can't wait to hear to hear these. But have also been meaning to say that i have really appreciated being in this ein. I actually entered round zero last mi ute and was unsure whether i had the enrgy to commit but have really appreciated the creative pressure and have been proud of what i produced. Thanks to everyone, especially the judges. But this has been so civil and interesting.

Awesome ein!

nur Ein!!!!!!!

We have an awesome song. If there's anyone who can match us it's Paco. I have nothing but love and respect for Paco. I look forward to hearing what he has in store for us! This was indeed a very civil Nur Ein! Lots of excellent music, everyone at their best doing some of their best music. I thought the challenges were tough, but that's a good thing. Thanks to the judges! Thanks to the contestants! May the best song win!

Sir, please turn down your radio, there is a delay.

...to the young folk, you have to be at least 40 to get that.

Hey the Nur Ein page says possible 12 points for final round. Isn't it 20 contestants plus 7 judges= 54 possible points (27 minimum if everyone votes).

The 1st page of Nur Ein VI reads (Niveous):
The final stage will be a battle between the two remaining competitors. The vote of the eliminated competitors and the Nur Ein Jury will choose the winner.
So does Spintunes get a vote? I would think so (alternate). Or I guess his vote only counts if it decides the whole thing (breaks any ties).

Does Adam Adamant get a vote? Did you have to enter a song in Round Zero? or just sign up?

I anxiously await the Paco del Stinko song.

NUR EIN !!!!!!!

Great song Paco! Nice final entry!
I think the judges and contestants have a couple of gems to choose between!
I'll be soaking in the 2 of them all day.

Cheers to NUR EIN VI

When is the voting over?

Does Spin get a vote- Yes.
Does AdamAdamant get a vote- Yes. If you were in Round One, you get a vote...even if you shat the bed.
PM me your votes by 3PM eastern tomorrow.

Glen, you are way too kind.

Yeah, I know what this is.

Also: I can't find the songs this time. They aren't up on the EIN site. What am I doing wrong? (About this, that is!)

That would be easier if we could hear the songs. Where are they?

The good news: I think my vocals sit atop the mix better than the WSA track. This allows you to hear and understand them better.
The bad news: I think my vocals sit atop the mix better than the WSA track. This allows you to hear and understand them better.

A lot of tasty layers in your song, guys. They reveal themselves after many listens. As usual, I find your songs to improve with repeated listens. The melodies take a while to settle in versus grabbing you with instant sugar gratification. This isn't to say that they aren't sweet, though. At first I didn't like the multi-textured guitar solos, despite how good they are, but now enjoy them all thoroughly. Whiffs of Jackson 5 (!) in certain guitar rhythms, New Pornographer's vocals as well. Of course, it starts out smelling strongly of Pete, but he doesn't smell all that bad. From over here, anyway. I suspect Melvin and maybe the Friz to be behind the more nostalgic lyrics, them being the more sentimental types. Great stuff, fellas. I won't forget to clap from the 2nd place spot on the podium. :)
