Hi! The names j-sheezy... I keep it easy... to much to be breezy... fo sheezy... Any other white rappers that submit? Or am I the only one thats gonna represent and be the shit? I admit, I may be a hit right off the dome while youre sittin at home and I creep up in your zone.... You might just end up lettin me catch you off your guard cuz im a star shinin in the night... I guess this is my introduction to welcome myself to song fight!

We have a few rappers submitting occasionally. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. A good chunk of the feedback is usually "This is not my genre, so I don't know". Don't let it get you down.

I usually enjoy the good rap we do get. Bad music is bad music, and good music is good music, ya know?

definitely... Im not a music snob... I like punk, metal, hardcore, Techno (I may submit a few techno songs here and there), And hip hop... P.S. - submitting a song for one fight that uses the same track as the song you did for the previous fight does kinda violate the spirit of "once the title is announced, write and record a song."

misunderstood... I havent previously submitted a song... That was an independent track... I recycled the beat as I made it less than 24 hours ago... This will be my first submission... And I would never pump myself up to be the greatest... Im OK... I just wanna do this for fun.... And if someone doesnt like my sound or whatever then thats ok... everyone is entitled to their own opinion and I respect the honest criticism...

There have been, and are more than a few. Buckle up for some trained ears, and maybe some harsh reviews.

Not that race matters at all, but pretty much ALL of the rap here has been from white folk.

Rapping isn't that difficult. If you can chant to a beat, you can do a basic rap.

Leaning ahead or behind the beat in a way that doesn't sound like you're messing it up, syncopating, fitting the sentence intonation to the beat without forcing it...and of course writing good lyrics - those are the difficult parts.

I'm an overweight white guy approaching 40. I'm a nerdy gay guy with British accent. My lyrics have references to philosophy and sci-fi movies, but no braggadocio. If I can be a rapper, anyone can.

You know when I first got on here I saw something on here that said something about saying something about this...cannot remember what was said though, if it was positive or negative.
