downloaded a tube amp program, adobe whatever wount unzipp it, new computer. what do i need to do. its supposed to work with audacity

What is the compression / zipping program? If you have a Windows machine, and Windows 7, you should just be able to right-click the file and "Extract All." Then, just copy/paste/move the unzipped file to the same folder as the other Audacity plug-ins.
